A contemporary and stylish tri-leg stool made from solid reclaimed wood. The elegant tapered legs are reminiscent of the 'standing on toes' ballet posture from which the collection borrows its name.
The current edition of these stools are made from solid ash timber reclaimed from bookshelves and tables that formed part of the library at the Museum of Classical Archaeology at the University of Cambridge. The very special source of this wood adds a unique and very finite quality to the edition - once they're gone they truly are gone. The Archaeology Edition (as we've name it) is limited to around 45 stools.
